The Accounts Payable Accountant is responsible for managing the Accounts Payable function ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. This position will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, reconciling credit card accounts, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. The individual in this role will also support financial closing, conduct reconciliation processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

The Facilities, Inventory & Technology Coordinator will provide facilities operations and technology support to campus leadership, training specialists, and students to ensure effective delivery of education. The individual in this role will handle shipping and receiving, keep accurate records and inventory, and ensure proper product storage. This role involves routine inspections, troubleshooting technology, equipment, and facilities issues, executing preventative maintenance, and responding to service/ support requests. This coordinator role collaborates with department leadership to maintain facility operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, as well as providing basic support to the campus staff and students.

The Curriculum Developer is responsible for developing and improving the learning experiences that educate the trade workforce through all stages of career growth and development. This role will leave a mark on the industry by ensuring curriculum is practical, consumable, logically structured and sequenced, and uses audience-appropriate language. The Curriculum Developer collaborates with subject matter experts and cross functional teams that support various elements of curriculum to include graphics, editing, and media to improve curriculum that is delivered within the classroom, lab, field, and virtual environments.
