The Admissions Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, providing information about our programs to help them make informed decisions about their educational and career goals. In addition to working with prospective students and their families, this role will work closely with other stakeholders throughout the admissions lifecycle.

The Director, HR leads the organizations Human Resource functions and supports the strategic needs of the organization as they relate to organization design, headcount planning and analysis, compensation, and other aspects of human capital management. The person in this role leverages their broad HR and business experience to foster the employee experience and ensure the company is a great place to work and grow. The Director, HR works closely with Senior Leadership and key departments of our parent company to ensure alignment and compliance with them as well as local, state and federal requirements.
The Accounts Payable Accountant is responsible for managing the Accounts Payable function ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. This position will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, reconciling credit card accounts, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. The individual in this role will also support financial closing, conduct reconciliation processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

The Director, Campus Operations will drive the execution of strategy and the operational direction of the department under the direction of the Campus President. This position ensures the sound balance between education and business, and will lead by example, modeling the NLC Mission, Vision, and Core Values in all interactions with students, customers, and staff.
