The Assistant Controller manages and oversees the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization to include financial reporting, maintenance of a system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of internal controls and policies to ensure transactional efficiency and reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.  The Assistant Controller must deliver precise information that enhances the company’s decision-making process.  In addition, this position will be responsible for business reporting, reconciliations, intercompany consolidations, productivity, budget management and Shared Services – accounts payable & receivable, travel & entertainment, and payroll while working closely alongside the Corporate Controller.   **HYBRID POSITION (Combination of onsite and remote work)

The Director of Apprenticeships-Quanta position will be responsible for ensuring that all Quanta apprenticeship programs are delivered with a benchmark quality of education and customer service, while at the same time monitoring the efficiencies at all training facilities and campus locations.  This individual will be actively involved from initial engagement and onboarding of Quanta operating units, through the development of 100-year relationships between NLC and our customers.  This role will be based out of the Southeast region of the US, however, in addition to working regionally, will work nationally acting as a resident expert on all NLC programs to include LAP, PDP, UTS, ELP, etc.   **PREFERRABLY CANDIDATE TO RESIDE IN SOUTHEAST REGION OF U.S. **50% TRAVEL REQUIREMENT
