Position Overview

The Enrollment Services Coordinator is a key member of the Admissions team, dedicated to creating a positive and seamless experience for prospective students and their families. This role will guide students through the enrollment process, answering questions, and providing clear, supportive communication at every step. Acting as the trusted point of contact, the individual in this role combines exceptional customer service with operational accuracy to ensure students have the information and resources they need to make informed decisions about their educational and career goals. Success in this role will require a strong understanding of the institution’s programs, departments, and processes to accurately address inquiries and ensure calls and requests are directed to the correct area without delay.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

  • Serve as first point of contact for prospective students with monitoring and responding to inquiries in the Admissions inbox. Provide clear, timely, and personalized communication to guide students through the enrolment process.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on incoming calls, answer questions about programs, admissions steps, and deadlines. Route calls efficiently and provide follow-up when needed.
  • Support student engagement through event materials with coordination of ordering of promotional items and business cards for recruitment events.
  • Create and maintain student outreach tools, including email and text templates.
  • Manage registration and logistics for student events such as orientations, workshops, and career fairs. Track attendance and ensure students have a smooth, welcoming experience.
  • Develop visually engaging presentation materials for student-facing sessions, ensuring content is accurate, easy to understand and reflects the institution’s commitment to student success.
  • Facilitate enrollment changes by sending and tracking transfer and cancellation communications. Provide clear instructions and empathetic support to those students navigating these transitions.
  • Leverage outreach technology to send automated voice messages and reminders for key enrollment milestones, deadlines, and events.
  • Process transcript requests promptly and accurately, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance while helping students access documents as needed.
  • Own the application audit process by reviewing submissions for accuracy and completeness. Take responsibility for the approval of enrollment applications, or rejection of those with errors or missing information, as well as the communication of next steps to students for those needing corrections or to gather missing information when needed.

Required Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in admissions-related, student services, or customer service role.
